La
scelta dei rivestimenti può essere lunga ed estenuante sia perché si è
terrorizzati dall’idea di sbagliare – non è che i rivestimenti si possono
cambiare facilmente come una tenda od un cuscino! - sia per la varietà di
prodotti disponibili veramente favolosi. Conta quindi l’effetto finale che si
vuole ottenere – e tenervi fede anche quando sotto i vostri occhi scorrono i
più bei materiali, formati, effetti … - nonché il budget! Volendo creare una
parete che diventasse un muro, quasi monolitico, ho scelto questa piastrella
rettificata – cioè si può applicarla senza fuga – pressata a secco, di grande
formato 60x30 cm, con un nome invitante: licorice!

mio desiderio era di creare una contrapposizione al bianco dominante del resto
della casa, ma applicando il rivestimento solo ad alcune pareti, per non
oscurare eccessivamente il tutto. Nell’area bagno padronale rimangono libere la
parete della finestra e quella opposta.

Nell’area
bagno delle bimbe si crea un po’ l’effetto tunnel. Dovrò stemperarlo con
lampade e accessori vari.
